Covenant Love Christian Center was born from the heart of God and placed in the hearts of Nicholas and Germaine Wright in June of 1988 while serving at Redeeming Love Christian Center in Nanuet, New York. One month later, on July 17, the first service was held in the living room of the Wright's family home in Fort Worth, Texas. Two years later the church had grown and was in need of a larger space. In 1990, Covenant Love Christian Center took up residence in the city of Keller, Texas. Worship services, children's services and fellowships were held in what was a daycare center during the week and a church sanctuary on Sundays. In 1994 as the congregation grew, CLCC moved once again just a few blocks from the daycare to rent space in a business strip where it remained for several years. In 2004, the Lord blessed us with our own church building in North Richland Hills with space for a growing congregation, rooms for all children and youth classes, a full service fellowship hall with kitchen as well as classrooms for the beginning of Covenant Love Academy, the academic extension of Covenant Love Christian Center.
Over the years many lives have been changed from all around the world as they have been blessed, fed, nurtured, nourished, delivered, guided, matured and had their lives enhanced by what the Holy Spirit has done through the pastors and the members of this church. As prophesied during our anniversary service in 2007, "the best is yet to come!"
